We are looking for a Web App Wiz that LOVES new technologies, looking for a real challenge. Right now we use the Microsoft web stack for our B2B web apps and services. Tomorrow we might be using Ruby on Rails, MongoDB, and Node.js to feed our web apps and provide services to consumer mobile platforms for hundreds of thousands of users.

What will you be doing?

• You will be working with and transforming our current web application into its next generation form.
• In-depth coding and database work with the Microsoft technology stack including C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Research and use technologies like S3, Node.js, JSON, and REST web services to build new software for our customers.
• Provide technical support to other teams in the company.
• Some UI/UX work to make our current and future products very easy for customers to use.

What you need to know and have?

• 3 to 8 years of software development experience with significant experience in web technologies and databases.
• Self-motivated, takes initiative and follows through.
• Solid database experience and a passion for data driven software.
• Incredible coding skills and the desire to create amazing things with technology.
• Engineering experience with the suite of Microsoft web technologies (.NET, IIS, SQL Server). Exposure and experience with other web platforms such as Ruby on Rails, Django, Drupal, and PHP and open source software in general is also encouraged.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including SCRUM and XP.
• Familiar with a startup environment, and the ability to be hands-on and flexible.
• The desire to an active part of a great development team.

• Obtain adequate documentation for on boarding process from Customers
• Project & resource management of all phases of install process
• Ensure that all installs are completed on a timely basis

Ensure customer satisfaction through a seamless install process
• Provide ongoing customer support & basic trouble shooting.

• Understand and speak sommelier /beverage management lingo and go to-to-toe with sommeliers, wine directors & restaurant managers

• The ideal candidate should have two plus years of customer service experience
